Factbook is available under two different licensing models:
Riskscreen and FactbookLite are, of course, available for free.Enterprise Licensing
An enterprise licence provides Factbook access to all staff in an organisation, with fees based on actual usage.
How it works
At the end of each month, we calculate how many of your users accessed LiveCDD one or more times during the month. A £65 fee is charged for each of those users. A minimum total monthly fee of £390 applies.
eg. In an organisation of 100 people:

Factbook usage is calculated and billed in the same way, with a £35 fee per actual user (instead of £65). No additional minimum fee applies
Optional Cap
You can set a limit on the maximum number of users that may access Factbook in a given month, which has the effect of capping the monthly fee payable. The limit must be at least six users
Statements
You will receive a full usage statement and invoice at the beginning of each month for usage over the previous month.
Single User Licensing
A single user licence provides unlimited access for one named individual to Factbook for a flat rate.
Pricing
Single User Licences are available quarterly or annually at the following rates:

Invoices are issued at the commencement of the licence period.
Bulk Pricing
A 10% price reduction is applicable for purchases of more than five single user licences. Beyond that, the Enterprise Licensing may provide better value.
