Summary: This overview report from the Freedom House, (www.freedomhouse.org) annual survey covers 17 countries and 4 territories drawn from the total of 42 countries and 9 territories that are considered to be Not Free and whose citizens endure systematic and pervasive human rights violations. The Freedom House reports are useful indicators for further understanding geographic risk ratings of various territories.
